Two complementary qualities an officer must-have.
- We must seek for knowledge to have increased understanding in order to do deeper thinking and sharp analysis. We must hang around the pathways of knowledge-seeking, and strive for getting the touch of best intellects and wise personalities, and live in the areas of serene and unpolluted environment.
However, we cannot apply the knowledge-base and thought-process, if we do not have number 2.
- We must have a balanced mind and mannered temper, sense of proportion, and clear picturesque of time, place, manner and perspective of the matters. We may attain them through experiences and practices. More importantly, we must be patriot and humanistic with apex-level of ethical stands and stone-strong moral values. We must know what to do and what not to do, what to talk and what not to talk, where to go and where not to go, and how to spend time for what purpose.
However, we cannot apply these senses and capacities, if we do not have number 1.
*Those who have both 1 and 2, are the best officers.
